As a Medior/Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in our legal team based in Belgium, supporting Ravago Group’s worldwide operations. You will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and proposing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Your expertise will contribute to the success and compliance of our global activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted legal business partner, providing accurate and strategic legal support to Ravago Group’s organization.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders across Ravago’s business lines, including other finance departments, sales, logistics, IT, quality etc.
• Collaborating and negotiating with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, banks, and service providers.
• Keeping up to date with legislation, compliance requirements, and regulatory developments.
• Providing legal guidance on contract negotiation, corporate governance, intra-group operations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal agreements and documents.

Managing and advising on legal procedures, litigation, and risk mitigation strategies

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law with a strong academic track record.
• You have 3-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international corporate environment or law firm.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch and French is a strong advantage.
• You are experienced in analyzing complex legal issues and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You maintain the highest ethical standards and handle confidential information with discretion.
• You are proactive, solution-driven, and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
